At Alvarra, we provide ethical, person-centred and trauma-informed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Therapeutic Wellbeing Services across the Ipswich region and surrounding areas of South-East Queensland. Our supports help children, young people and adults build confidence, independence and meaningful everyday skills through genuine clinical expertise, consistent communication, and a holistic, neuro-affirming approach.

Positive Behaviour Support
Evidence-based person-centred Positive Behaviour Support Plans, behavioural intervention support, skill development, goal setting, assessments & respectful approaches that enhance quality of life.
Therapeutic & Wellbeing Supports
Support with emotional regulation, social skill-building, coping strategies, mindfulness, resilience, and parent, family and carer coaching through wellbeing-focused interventions and support.
COMMUNITY Nursing
Person-centred nursing care delivered in the community. Services include health assessments, medication support, wound and continence care and chronic disease management delivered by experienced AHPRA registered nurses.
Life Skills Development
Support to build independence in daily living, routines, communication and practical life skills. Working collaboratively to develop functional, transferable skills that support participation at home, in the community, education, and work.
Life Stage Transitions & Recovery Coaching
Guidance and support through major life changes, transitions, and periods of recovery.
We provide capacity-building support with NDIS navigation, everyday life changes & build increased independence so long-term growth.
External Clinical Supervision
Supervision for Behaviour Support Practitioners and allied health professionals.
Individual and group supervision grounded in ethical practice, reflective learning, human-rights principles, and the NDIS Practice Standards.
